I’m Maggie, a holistic guide focused on mind-body-soul integration through parts work, embodiment, mind-body practices, and intuitive insight. I’m passionate about what helps us feel more at home in our body, more honest in our inner world, and more aligned and empowered in both our relationship to ourselves and others. My work supports that process through one-on-one sessions, movement-based tools, intuitive guidance, resources, and group discussions and workshops. At its core, this work is about growth, integration, and transformation. I’m honored to share it with you!
